Showcasing the talents of the Annie Hayward, Ken Hunt, Renee Hunt, Michael Ponder, Richard Ponder and Jack Register as well as other highly skilled and popular artists, Rona Gallery with its specialized “fairy lighting” is a must see destination for many overseas visitors.

The huge and varied selection of books is unique to the gallery; it includes a bargain basement sale area, a large selection of books on art, books for adults and for younger readers of different abilities. Art supplies, selected stationary and post products are near the post office counter. With a desk for your letters, as well as couches and chairs in nooks and corners of the shop Rona Gallery is comfortable and welcoming and always has something new for visitors to see.

Rona Gallery’s staff includes passionate readers, including well-known local author Mary McCallum, Richard Ponder, Rhyna Cottrel, Mick Lauden, Wendy Pharazyn, and co-author of [Caught on Canvas] and [Painted Days] Alicia Ponder.

About the owners

Richard’s love of art and his talent as an artist has made Rona Gallery brings people to the gallery from all over the world. He has produced four books featuring his art, Quiet Places, [Richard Ponder], [Caught on Canvas] and [Painted Days]. Richard’s style is passionate and bold with a strong sense of colour and composition and his works range from contemporary landscape to abstract.

Joanna’s passion for books and her knowledge about literacy and motivating children and young adults to read is unparalleled. Her work as a literacy specialist ensures she knows which books will best suit children of almost any age and ability. Many of the locals visit on a regular basis to ask her if there are any new books they might be interested in.

We aim to have your product delivered within one working week, our current average is within 48 hours, but sometimes there might be a slight delay on the the exceptional case where we are waiting on suppliers. Where suppliers cannot supply an item you may purchase something of equal value or we can credit your account or refund your money.

Overseas Delivery
We offer postage and packaging of our books, art and art-stationery to Australia, United Kingdom, America and Europe for $5 of the local currency; that’s A$5, ₤5, US$5, and €5 respectively.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, but most overseas parcels arrive within three weeks.
