Carol Henderson's mother started writing this story for herself and for her family.  It was a journey of discovery through high society London, and Carol found it quite a change of pace from the life they had made in New Zealand.  Finding Grace was journey indeed,		Poet and dancer, Jo Thorp has released her second book of poetry in New Zealand.  It is remarkable the way she can describe movement and muse with clarity and precision.	Celebrated children's author Kate De Goldi, is probably best known for her latest book "The Ten PM Question."  It's such a gorgeous story of a boy who asks all the tricky questions in life, and has to find the answers.

Authors

Authors come in all shapes and sizes, all drawn by the power of the written word and thier desire to shape it.  It's been great to be involved with this community over the years, and it would be nice to gove something back.

So what are PRG authors? 
Like many bookshops we've gained a special relationship with some of our authors. 

Some of whom have come and run workshops, helped out in the gallery or simply talked about their books.  We love having  the support of wonderful authors like Mary McCallum who supports Ponder's Rona Gallery in so many ways, Fiona Kidman who has been so generous in both time and spirit, Peter Friend who ran an unforgettable "how to write for children" seminar, Alicia Ponder who works tirelessly on this website... And many others.  All of whom we intend to put up... eventually.
 
So thanks also to all the writers who support us.  We would dearly like to thank them for their continued support
