Caught on Canvas showcases Wellington, the city, and wraps it in Richard Ponder's artwork. With a little history and a lot of heart, this beautiful book is complete with inspirational quotes and stories from Richard's perspective and poems written and collected by Alicia Ponder.
She has included some fantastic poets. Fiona Kidman, (an extract from "Speaking with my Grandmothers"), Tim Jones and Peter Friend. Of course there are a few other gems like this lovely extract from William Skey's "On the Electric Lighting of Wellington."
