Reflections of Monet
Richard Ponder has been painting proffessionally since obtaining his PhD at James Cook University, Australia in the 1970's. Over time he has developed his art into free-flowing expressionistic paintings. He uses explosive oil colours, thick sculptured impasto sweeps and slashes, impasto bravado curls and thin transparent areas.
